Because the ajax updated status box in the bottom left hand corner is on top of the menu, most of the menu buttons become inoperable when viewing the interface on a smaller format screen such as that on Asus EEEPCs

Likely this could be fixed with a minor css z-index tweak, will take a look myself in a bit.

This problem should be fixed in version 0.6.0... sorry forgot to post here
